Will + Ramona = Future Item?

This weekend I got to have my second play-date with this very pretty girl named Ramona Toops. She always looks so cute with her trendy outfits like headbands and leg warmers! Her mommy and daddy stopped by from Indianapolis to see my mommy and daddy. We had a great time! I impressed Ramona with my Super Awesome Jumpy Jumper Skills in my Exer-saucer. I think she even smiled when she saw me! Ramona and I shared a dinner of mashed organic avocado, and let me tell you, you can keep your organic avocado! Bleh! Give me regular old Gerber green beans any day.

After dinner we went down to the basement for some very closely supervised playtime. Ramona's daddy, Mr. Aaron, took me aside and had "The Talk" with me about being a Gentleman around Ramona. I told him, in my own way, that I will definitely treat Ramona with the utmost respect. But if the way that all the daycare ladies act around me -- and pretty much any lady it seems like -- is any indication, it looks like Girls need to control themselves when they are around Me.

Anyway, we had fun playing with all these new and cool toys in the basement. We just sat down on opposite sides of the play-mat and played with our respective toys. Dad said it kind of was like a junior high dance, but he says that that's okay.

It's too bad Ramona had to go back home with her mommy and daddy back to Indianapolis. I thought we were just making this deep connection, and then they had to leave. That's okay, I'm sure I'll see her again soon.

But right now I'm Super Excited because I'm going to see my mommy's family during Easter! I can't wait!

Your Future Heavy Weight Fighter: William David Jacob

"And in this corner, the Nasty from Cincinnasty, the Eye-lashes from My-lashes, the Cutey from Patooty, with Killer Baby Blue eyes, Soft Round Cheeks, and an In-fec-tious Smile, at Almost Seven-Months Old, measuring Twenty-seven Point Six Inches tall, and weighing in at a HEFTY twen-ty-one pounds and zeeeer-yo ounces... Willll-yum, Daaaaaay-vid, Jaaaaaaaaaay-cuuuuub!"

Hi folks! How's it going? Did you like my Pretend Announcer Guy for when I grow up to be a big, mean, and nasty fighter? Mommy and Daddy say I'm too sweet to be a fighter. They say I should be a lover instead. Whatever, dudes. I think I can take after my daddy who shows me his Sumo-Daddy Wrestling Moves all the time. I enjoy it so much! I just laugh and scream! I'll have to video tape it some time to show you guys. You'll like it!

Anyway, last weekend I got to hang out with my Uncle Tophy! We had a lot of fun! Uncle Tophy got to hold me and lift me up in the air. I had a blast! This weekend I'm going to see my friend Ramona, who is the daughter of mommy and daddy's friends, Lynn and Aaron. I can't wait to show her how cool I am in my new sunglasses!

And then the following week, I get to go to Peoria to see my Mimi, Papi, Mom-o, Pop-o, and all my coolio aunts and uncles, including Aunt Sary, who is growing me a playmate as we speak!

As for new and cool things that I'm doing, I love to play with my blocks! As soon as I see them, it's like I'm a magnet and it's metal. I just go right after them. I also love my rings, and when I'm in my exer-saucer now, I'm squatting and jumping up. I'm also learning how to wave and clap! It's a lot of fun!

I'm a big, happy, healthy boy! Life is good!

Sweaty Kids Club

For those of you out there who are members of the "Sweaty Kids Club" (you know who you are), you will enjoy some of the first pics from summer. Okay it was just one summer-like record setting hot weekend in Cincinnati! And as Mimi (aka Grandma Kathy) has already pointed out, "oh look at those chubby white legs!" (Just like his mother!)

Lola Stalking Will

"I knew this new hairless puggle that mom and dad call 'Will' would be good for something besides new and interesting smells," Lola said.

"What's that?" Bella asks.

"If you're patient enough, and you circle him enough times like a shark, eventually he drops slobbered-on food! It's awesome!"

"Sweet! I always liked this new puggle that they call Will, but now he's even more awesomer!"

"I know!"
